In these complex times, wouldn’t it feel amazing to recognize, learn from, and celebrate the successes we’re achieving?

The Virtual Speed Success Analysis is a Zoom-based version of the protocol you likely experienced in your CFG Coaches’ Training. Whether you participated or led this protocol recently or long ago, you’ll appreciate coming together with CFG Coaches from around the world to hear some best practices recently acquired.

Participants will be asked to share a recent success either working virtually or working in schools within the constraints of COVID-19. Every success—no matter how small or large—is valid and important to share, and by collaborating with people from varied settings, we’ll be able to learn from and spread those successes exponentially.

In addition to participating with peer coaches, you will learn some of the subtleties to conducting protocols via Zoom. You will also receive a PDF copy of the new protocol to use with your own colleagues and/or students. We will also begin with a Zoom-friendly icebreaker that you can use in a variety of ways.

You can expect to:

  • learn a new “hidden-in-plain sight” technique within Zoom to quickly build a sense of belonging and connection, survey participants about any multiple-choice question, and invite a bit of playfulness,
  • reflect on recent successes and learn from others’ perspectives on those successes, as well as from the best practices they can share,
  • and more.

Using NSRF protocols and activities adapted to the virtual landscape, we can promote a much greater sense of belonging and togetherness in this time when physical distancing and massive stresses make us all feel so much more “apart” than ever before. Learning to support each other, we will be stronger together through difficult times such as the COVID-19 pandemic, but also during more local or temporary challenges.

In this Micro-Training for CFG Coaches, scheduled for Thursday, October 22nd, 4PM Eastern Daylight Time, join other trained CFG Coaches from around the world and discover how they help build trust even within the virtual environment and even among strangers. This online Micro-Training lasts only 90-minutes and is limited to only 20 participants who are already certified CFG Coaches. It is offered at alternative times to accomodate multiple time zones — Check our STORE to review your options!

This is NOT a webinar but a collaborative training experience led by NSRF’s amazing, trained facilitators!

We will be using breakout rooms and debriefing as a larger group in a pattern that will be familiar to those accustomed to Critical Friends Group work. After your participation, we will ask you to write Reflections about this Micro-Training, and we will tell you more of what’s in store with future trainings. Within a day or two, we will email official PDF copies of the icebreaker activity and the Virtual Speed Success Analysis Protocol for you to keep and use in your own work moving forward!

This 90-minute session is open ONLY to certified CFG Coaches AND has limited “seating.”

You will need to login with your CFG Coaches account in order to complete the purchase.

Don’t delay! Registration will close approximately 30 minutes before the training begins.

Please be on time or a few minutes early as we will start and end on time.
