Certified coaches who were trained earlier than 2023 (and didn’t receive this in your training) can now also purchase one of our addenda, printed booklets used in our on-site trainings that expand upon the existing CFG Coaches’ Handbook. We offer two versions! 1) The Coaches’ Addendum includes texts that support CFG coaches in better matching work to protocols, clearer explanations of the types of questions used in this work, information about leading with facilitation, and a structured activity designed to help coaches integrate what they learned in training into their daily practice.  2) The Administrators’ Addendum features examples of how administrators might use our four key protocols, information about leading with facilitation, a structured plan for transforming school culture through CFG work as well as an activity and template to plan and facilitate better meetings. Both addenda include new content that will be released in the Second Edition of the CFG Coaches’ Handbook, likely available for purchase in mid-2026. As with the Handbook itself, a coach may only purchase one copy of each.
